Learn how professional beach volleyball player, Lane Carico, uses the speed ladder to work on conditioning and foot speed.

  • Stay on the balls of your feet

  • Move your feet quickly

  • Pump your arms as you move through the ladder

  • Gradually  increase the speed as you master each pattern

  • 2x1 each leg, each exercise​
